What We Do

As one of the Herity's development companies, Heron Student Housing Ventures provides Institutions of Higher Education with a one-stop solution for designing, building and financing new student housing. HSHV also undertakes other development projects such as academic buildings, recreational buildings, student union offices, parking garages and utility plants. HSHV can work to arrange funding of the necessary capital for the development which allows colleges and universities to procure new student housing off balance sheet and at no cost to them. At the same time, the Institutions enjoy all the same benefits as if they designed and built the project themselves.
